Industrial Hygiene & Occupational Safety

Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Safety (IHOS) program areas provide services and safety best practice guidance to faculty and staff in order to promote and ensure a safe working environment for all employees through the recognition, evaluation, and control of workplace health and safety hazards. IHOS works closely with departmental stakeholders and facilities maintenance groups to recommend and implement control strategies for workplace injury prevention.
