The Office of the Vice President of Research Chemical Lab Safety group is responsible for conducting laboratory inspections and collaborating with lab personnel on the results of those inspections. Historical inspection results for your lab may be available in Chematix, however starting in 2013 new procedures were introduced to improve Lab Safety's dialog with laboratories so other routes of communication, outside of Chematix, are being employed. To see historical audit results in Chematix, follow these steps:
- Login to Chematix at https://chematix.uga.edu
- Click the Inspection Tab
- Click the View My Laboratories link
- Click the name of your lab in the left column (for example "Smith 201")
- Click the button View Past Inspections at the bottom of the page
- Click the lab audit you wish to view
