Troup Ackerman

Troup holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Georgia College and State University and a Master’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health from the Georgia Institute of Technology.  He joined ESD in 2018 as a member of the RCRA compliance team and now manages the Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Safety group.  He and his colleagues provide a range of services including air quality and mold assessments, exposure monitoring, workplace ergonomics and general safety consultations.  His team also maintains exhaust ventilation hoods and emergency showers and eye wash stations in laboratories and related areas.
